Born and Raised in Rye N.Y. College and University in Marin County and San Francisco California. Licensed Realtor in New York since December 1990. My background is in the Renovations and Restorations of Historic Properties in the US and British Virgin Islands as a General Contractor with a Cabinet Shop from 1978-1990. This has given me the ability to guide investors and owners of Residential Properties and Commercial Investment Properties in the adaptability for conversion from underperforming or defunct to income producing, or renovations and restorations to maximize return on investment. My expertise and guidance have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in profits for my clients and customers. I am now their "go to advisor" for consultations and guidance. I have served on our Local and State Boards of Realtors for over twenty years. I most recently served as the President of the Commercial and Investment Division of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors for the past three years as well as Chair of the Commercial Issues Working Group for the New York State Association of Realtors in Albany.
